I’m a PhD neuroscientist and life-sciences executive who helps organisations make better decisions where science, strategy and communication intersect.

For more than a decade, I have worked across translational research, preclinical drug development, science communication and commercial leadership. I co-founded and scaled a specialist CRO serving clients including Novo Nordisk and Flagship Pioneering, leading complex drug-development programmes from scientific design and feasibility assessment through delivery, analysis and strategic recommendations.

I now provide scientific and board-level advisory support to founders, executives, investors and creative teams. My work spans scientific strategy, translational planning, evidence evaluation, governance and communication—helping organisations identify risk, clarify complex ideas and translate scientific evidence into sound decisions, compelling narratives and effective materials.
